The Executive Committee’s mandate is to provide overall direction and coordination to the work of Action Sandy Hill. More specifically, the Executive Committee will:
- Recruit members to the Board
- Identify issues or opportunities that ASH should pursue
- Address issues whose resolution cannot wait for the next full-Board meeting
- Review the Association’s financial situation
- Recommend courses of action to the Board
- Keep a record of its decisions and circulate these to the Board
- Meet monthly, or as circumstances require.
The Committee’s membership includes the president, vice-president(s), treasurer and secretary of Action Sandy Hill.
