I wholeheartedly take the pledge. I commit to taking action in numerous ways outlined in my platform, and use as evidence my work to preserve, reinvigorate and make greener the neighbourhoods of Capital Ward. It has been hard work, and there have been losses, but there have also been many wins. Specific opportunities in the coming term include the new Official Plan, promoting equitable transit-oriented development (eTOD), giving Infill Guidelines that status of Bylaws, the redrafting of tree protection bylaws, and climate change action through the Energy Evolution strategy.
