New Board Transition Meeting – June 13, 2025

The ASH Board of Directors is scheduled to meet on Monday, June 2, 2025 from 7pm – 8:30pm in the Board Room at the Sandy Hill Community Centre. All members of the community are welcome to attend. If you would like to attend virtually, please email info@ash-acs.ca for the Zoom link.
The proposed agenda will be available online closer to the date. The purpose of this meeting is to:
- thank any outgoing Board members
- welcome any new Board members
- elect the positions of Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary, and Treasurer
- review and approve Terms of Reference for ASH Committees
- approve Chairs / Co-Chairs for ASH Committees
- review and approve for continuation (or defer for discussion) statements previously approved by the 2024-2025 ASH Board
