ASH Board/Special General Meeting

ASH BOARD MEETING

Community members are invited to attend meetings of the Action Sandy Hill Board on the last Monday of each month (except July and December).

Action Sandy Hill Directors as well as Councillor Fleury or a member of his staff will provide an update at each meeting on current issues and activities.

August Special General Meeting of ASH:  A special general meeting of the members of Action Sandy Hill will be held at 6:30 PM on Monday, August 28th at the Sandy Hill Community Centre, 250 Somerset Street East. The purpose of of this special meeting will be to fill a vacancy on the Board of Directors of Action Sandy Hill. According to our bylaws, we must have a minimum of 10 Directors, but cannot exceed 16. Due to a recent resignation, we currently have only 9 Directors. We are fortunate that 4 members have accepted nomination to fill this vacancy, however, the board can only appoint 1 person to fill the current vacancy. As such, we are soliciting the approval of the members to elect to the Board all 4 of the nominees, who are:
