Tthe Board of Directors of Action Sandy Hill recently solicited comments from its membership on its new Conflict of Interest Policy applying to ASH Board members and Officers, due April 21,2014. The ASH Governance Committee has incorporated these comments the final policy and guideline documents, found below. And at the ASH Annual General Meeting on May 15, 2014, members voted to approve a bylaw change addressing Conflict of Interest, also shown below.
