Proposed Zoning By-law changes will be presented – join the City to review the proposals, discuss and provide your input!

The City has been studying zoning changes to ensure infill developments make a positive contribution to the character and quality of mature neighbourhoods.

Public workshops were held In June with residents, representatives from community associations, City Council members and members of the infill industry to explore ways to regulate height, massing and rear and side setbacks to ensure compatibility with established neighbourhoods.
